Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened e-liquids or consumables
  • Used coils, pods, or tanks
  • Clearance or sale items

Defective Products

If your device is faulty, CK Vapes will assess it under the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, or refund the item.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
